Photo and print previews now use smaller image files on smaller screens. The same photo, chart details and print examples remain available.

Opening the homepage now downloads only the page styles it needs. The familiar layout, previews and pattern tools remain the same.
Clearer account emails and private image uploads

Easier email verification and password recovery
Account emails now include a clear action button, a copyable link and its expiry time. You can reply to reach Crosy support.
Profile and support
Upload a profile photo or a support screenshot
Save, replace or remove your profile image from Settings. Images attached to support tickets stay private to the account and authorized support participants.

Clearer paths through Workbench and Studio
Follow two step-by-step tutorials with screenshots. Learn to turn a photo into a chart, edit stitches, track progress and export your work. The Studio tutorial covers finding patterns, organizing folders and managing your account.
Clean
Review cleanup changes before Apply
Try Islands and Merge, protect details you want to keep, and review the proposed color changes before changing your chart. Everyone can open Clean and preview a result. Choose Apply with Pro when you are happy with the changes.
Sync
Cloud sync explains its current state
Turn sync on once to upload later edits and stitching progress automatically. Free accounts can choose up to three patterns; new Pro patterns sync by default. Turn it off for any pattern and Crosy remembers your choice. The cloud button shows when changes are still uploading or need your attention.

Export and reading guidance follows the real chart
Choose a printable PDF, a sharing image or a complete Crosy backup with guidance on what each format keeps. Learn to match symbols to the thread key and check print size. One 30-credit unlock covers all eight formats for a pattern made from the same source photo.
